Service Description

Swimmers will focus on endurance and refining techniques, emergency protocols, and environmental awareness. A primary focus will be on endurance, navigation, and basic swim etiquette for leisure and racing scenarios. This program focuses on personal goals and development while providing a safe environment for swimmers to excel. The Masters program is suitable for swimmers aged 18+ with a background in swimming. All swimmers must be able to swim 400m consistently in a pool. No open water swimming experience required. Swimmers will have to purchase a nonrefundable $60 one-year Triathlon Ontario membership, a link will be sent after registration.
